The SDN 240 Disc Mower is composed of 6 discs, each with 2 blades,one on the left and one on the right , that can be used on both sides.
These blades are designed to deliver a precise cut without damaging the plant, allowing for faster regrowth.

It is an ideal machine for cutting and producing hay or pre-dried silage, with a cutting width of 2.40 meters.
Its discs are engineered to withstand contact with stones or similar objects without breaking, and are shaped to ensure that the forage, once cut, is easily thrown backward, leaving the ground cleaner.

The machine features a safety lock on the bar lift piston, which allows the bar to be lowered only through operator activation, thus ensuring greater operational safety.

Its cutter bar is made with straight-tooth gears, which reduce wear and noise, and also ensure better internal lubrication by distributing oil more efficiently among internal components.

For increased transport safety, the operator activates the hydraulic system to lift the mower into a vertical position.
It includes a freewheel PTO shaft that protects the mechanical system, along with a safety device that shields the machine in the event of an impact with obstacles.

It is also equipped with a protective cover, providing greater safety for workers in the cutting area.
